I can pass on the drawing if need be Gordo - it's for a blank hub (without stud drillings) but is pretty much correct. it increases the front track by about 40mm, so would equate to running a Zero offset wheel, give or take a couple of mm Not in a position to do anything now, but would be 100x4 PCD with an integral 13mm spacer for my application. Someone like Tony Lynch may be interesed, though, for some of his projects and customers, as it makes the HD GM swap a lot easier if PCDs match.

I guess a lot of that depends on the PCD required. Mounting the brake caliper on the back of the mount will give you a lot less increase in track (if any) I used the holden PCD for a couple of reasons - the rear is a commodore diff and therefore the PCD is 5x120, and the front rotors were also 5 x 120. you could probably pick and choose as long as the rotor thickness is the same and then just match the hub to the PCD of whatever rotor you decide to use, or have custom hats made for two piece rotors.

That's what I figure, once you've sorted out the rear end, you can fabricate the hubs to suit the wheel offset that the rear uses and the bell attachment for the disc - always allowing for caliper clearance on the disc location. The vented 4 pot kit I have mounts the disc bell in the stock Chevette location - the inside of the flange.

ok so update.... i have fixed the rust in both front guards now - ended up cutting the bottom of the guard off behind the wheel arch and completely replacing it with new steel, I was just going to patch it but worked out easier to just replace it. it's amazing what you can do with a panel hammer and a vice. replaced much of the steel in the boot floor and I'm now booked in for etch priming her next weekend. once it's primed I'll seam seal the crap out of her, bog the minor dents then back in for priming and painting. getting a headlining made sometime soon so i can put glass back in shortly after the paint job.

Small update. i'm using an in tank pump from a V3000, so hopefully it will have enough flow for my engine. cut a hole in the top, used thread inserts and made up a bracket to suit. Hoping for primer next week, then seam sealing and bogwork before paint some time in the near future (next few weeks I guess)

There has actually been some progress... I hate sanding and Bogging.. car is almost ready for paint... Then fitting the engine.. again... Then Sorting out the diff setup, make a driveshaft... wiring and fuel lines.... all that good stuff... Most of the interior is in ok condition so should go back in without any dramas....

to be honest I don't know. I haven't set the final height, but I imagine it won't be too far away from factory. The 'low' photos were more to show suspension travel and were taken with no springs in place. I'm hoping for paint next week, even if it is only another coat of primer. The colour coat won't be too far behind it. Then the fun begins....

quick update.... Guards are now on and all sealed. I painted them inside with Hammerite paint for a bit more protection - I'll underseal the inner guards after paint. have been body sanding and filling all the minor nicks and scratches with filler putty prior to the final coat of primer. I've chosen the final colour now, so I'm finally seeing the homeward stretch.

(it's actually orange but looks yellow in the light) I put all the masking lines on and realised it's pretty much a torana colour scheme. Unsure about wheels at this stage as I'm pretty limited due to the rear offset. I will probably end up with the steel ones with a stainless band, possibly widened in the rear.
