So are you still going to use the TE?
Once you've swapped the parts over - ie put that piazza motor to good use? (after severe tinkering)

Might get it going on the standard engine and sell it. Time will tell.
I really need to finish a project for once.. I'm so useless.

^ Jealous as, you've got the space, thats the biggest problem I and most others have.. No doubt as soon as I buy my own house, car ownership will go upward Prozac would be keen on some f/glass copies no doubt of those front guards.. Could have my 1600 & 4spd (was owned up until less than 12mnths ago by a engine reconditioner..) Had been rebuilt before I bought it, runs mint, starts first pop each time, no smoke, no ticks or knocks.. Could have it for just over frieght cost?

They bashed the heater pipes on the firewall flat, probably to fit the v8 in, but that's an easy fix.
I have wrecked two of these man, have heaters if you need the parts....

Could be keen. I'll let you know when I get around to hooking it all up.
May be after some other bits as well but looks fairly complete at this stage.
Might go start some panel work tonight

Mean, got another g200w the other day, needs a quick freshen up and still got to see if all parts are there.
Any idea if the ecu will run fuel without spark input as they've modified the dizzy to run gemini internals. Didn't come with inlet but I've got one laying around.

It'll need an ignition signal otherwise it has no idea when to fire the injectors.

How do the DOHC dizzys/ECU work my SOHC dizzy was just a magnetic reluctor it fired the coil and the ECU took its signal from the -of the coil same as a tacho. If the DOHC ECU's the same it would still work even with Gemini internals. My megasquirt was setup like that aswell before I went wasted spark.

The dizzy is the same as your 4ze1 dizzy, optical pickup with a single coil. I'm not sure if its signal comes from the negative of the coil or from the dizzy itself though.

Guts you'll need to find one then. I did'nt relaise the DOHc's used that type of wheel thought they might have been a bit to old for that. Jas up here got a sr20 cas modded to fit his would have been easier to find one like your's really.

Cheers man. Might just chop some nuts up and make a sidedraft manifold if I can't find one Could just buy another electronic dizzy and hope the timing curve is fairly the same between sohc and dohc and use his modified dizzy.
