first- pics. my angrybird lol g200z. lightened flywheel (about 3kg lighter than standard [thanks jase]). 5speed and gem diff, new brakes etc. huge thanks to tim for letting me rob one of his wags for the bits i needed. still a few bits to sort out like a passengers seat, and it may be getting warmer than it should. the motor must be fairly heavy because the front is nice and low, and the back looks too high haha.

Cool man, this thing rules.
Sounds like your on the right track, only thing I'd add is possibly cutting down the legs of the racks a bit to bring them down closer to the roof? I'm going to do the same with mine, if I ever mount them on anything.

good idea ive already chopped up the mounting brackets and shortened them to make it fit, i can get it siting lower easy enough. the front still needs more rusting, then some stencil work. im pretty happy with how its turning out. pics of enginebay one day haha

Brakes have been playing up over the last couple of weeks. grinding and generally being useless, and draging me violently to the left when i come to a stop.. so i had a look and ive go no idea why theyre doing it theres PLENTY of metal left on the pads- how much is involved in a gemini front brake swap? disks and pads need replaceing regardless, so i figure i may as well get gem callipers if they bolt on..

(Buy the piazza) do it properly, go to vented rotors and much bigger pad surface area...
230mm vented, still fit 13's and bolts on..
