not much to update because its now a non runner- underbody protection for the guards. ripped out heater, moved and removed a few bits from the enginebay. pulled the wiring out of the enginebay ready for de-looming. got rid of off my dodgey rust repairs to make life easyer on whoever fixs it properly. removed the rusty door, i need matt clearcoat.. started planing a few things, made a list of bits i need.
does anyone have a good running engine? otherwise ill get mr lynch to rebuild me one, i just dont want to spend too much thats all.

have you removed the spacers from the front of your torque tube on the diff and put in an adjustable panhard rod, not removing them was responsible for clunking in my driveshaft around corners on my first chevette, you can have this gemini diff out of the parts wagon now anyway if you want.

tore my loom apart, removed the unneeded wires and rebuilt it, wiring is run through the guards and under the dash leaving as little as possible in the enginebay. will be getting a modern fusebox and the battery moved inside on top of the trans tunnel under the dash (now that the heater is gone) interior is stripped out and seats will be mounted once i get some plate to make adapters.
where would i get new headlamps? a hella or narva number would be good. and i need a good panelbeater to sort out my firewall (rust and heater holes) also need a g-series engine

no more rust or holeness. thanks to CRANE PANEL BEATERS in papakura. very happy with their work and their price. gem diff cleaned painted and in, suspension done while i was at it. springless, the jack got stuck under the sill so thats as low as i could get it xD need the little tabs from a gem brake cylinder (2 of them) other than that, sorting the radiator, and finding bolts to attach the gearbox. it just needs to be pieced together. soooooon!

If you get real (and I mean real) stuck you can come borrow the bits for your brakes from my white primered probably won't see the road until the end of the decade Chevini wagon. You'd have to steal them yourself as I am lazy and then you'd actually get what u need and keep eyes out for a parts car to rob some from... anyway best I can do, keep looking and holler if u still can't find any.
