good news- new brake cylinder coming tomorrow to sort that part for wof. brake line just needed a clean and a paint. and the seatbelt sticking was an easy fix. pluus rims fit, dont rub, and look sick. the bad news is i found more rust than i expected-

i hate rust. gave up on trying to patch the rust nicely, its too rotten (and the welder im using is a piece of nuts) it just blows out. soo i have a big plate cut to weld over everything for a wof and ill sort it properly when i get the engine etc out.
on the upside the brakes are sorted, 2 new wheel cylinders.

I like those unknown ones. The commy ones are a little too modern for a Chevette style I think. Would suit a Gemini wagon sweet though.

im not too keen on messing with the roof too much, if i were going to make one it would be gutter mounted. that unknown one looks like a lot of work haha

I really like the black on yellow theme going on with the recessed light surrounds, the pin stripes and the steels. Plus the tidy chrome around the windows really looks good. Loving this thing man, really coming along well.

thanks im pretty happy with it, except its still geting warm, i think it needs a new waterpump after all.
i started sanding all the paint off the bonnet this avo, why do chevettes have 10 layers of paint/filler? my last one was the same.. sanding will take faar too long

I have a rusty bonnet that you should put on this. It has "non-operational" painted across it. Might be fitting
