Have just got my plenum back from Performance Metalworks up in Silverdale. They have done the best job I could possibley imagine, it looks totally great, the pics dont do it justice. I would recommend these guys for anything related to this kind of work, very nice guys too. \

Cheers! It really depends on when I get all the bits, and then on if I wanna put it all together straight away, or wait for the diff, etc to be done. ATG184 on ozgemini is making me a custom exahust manifold at the moment (like SHEELs one), so gotta get that and the computer, plus the Crane XR3000 and then I'll have all the bits. Then all that needs to be done is the intercooler needs to be remounted, new piping made up and it should run. But we'll see, lots of stuff to do!!

Yeah lots to do I realy have to concentrate on the TG but keep comiting myself to other stuff. I tuned the beast some more yesterday Runs 10 PSI and leaned the fuel on the primary down a bit goes so much better but should be working on the TG Bro I could have sorted a manifold for you

Yeah, I did think about getting you to do the manifold, some how this just happened. Hopefully it turns out ok!! Might get you to do me some stainless or alley intercooler piping at some stage if ya like?

Mikuni, this is a 4ze1 sohc rodeo manifold, not the twin cam one which is a little different.

Mikuni, all the SOHC 4Z and G series engines (bar the W) manifolds can be bolted to each other. This is from a 4ZE1 (As Matt said) 2.6 rodeo.
BurntRubber: Still not 100% certain whether he is going to make it. I read his EOI thread on ozgemini which said he wouldn't make them unless it was a bulk order, so will have to see what he says when he comes back to me.

I have aquired a EB Falcon throttle body for nothing! I have to find out if the can be used like the XF can't see why not.

Is it similar?

Yeah its similar it looks way differant though. The inlet is oval and were your one has a hose bung it has an air bypass solinoid. I guess that the solinoid will be for cold starts or idling don't actually could be anything. Other than that its the same. I'm only questioning if it will work because everyone seems to use the XF throttle body.

Oh yeah, I think everyone uses the XF throttle bodies becuase they are nice and big, and a good upgrade. An EB is prolly a pretty good size too though.
I have an air bypass solinoid with my setup too, not sure if I'm going to use it yet. Will have to see. Was on the 4ZE1 but should still work with the XF tb.

The air bypass solinoid is actually built into this throttle body. As for size its 68mm I think thats the same as the XF.
