I can fabricate all the pipeing but I would have to get someone else to weld it off because I don't have a TIG welder capable of welding Alloy . I tack all my stuff up with MIG and then get someone to finish it off. Alloy MIG tends to be porus and not 100% air tight. I'm looking at buying my own TIG maybe if I can find a second hand one.

Pretty much finished my plenum now just a few bits like throttle cable mount and vacume/boost hose tails to sort plus a whole lot of sanding and polishing which I do actually like doing. I ended up welding it up myself also looks ok I think

yeah man, it looks the biz! Good job dude. I gotta get on to mine soon, start sorting out that throttle bypass and stuff... rarr, to much to do...

Thats looks great B/r, you got some skills there. How in earth are you guna get he intake pipe from the turbs/ i.c in there, looks a tight squeeze?

Nah its not a tight squeeze at all. Will only be about 300mm from the intercooler to the throttle body should work well I reckon.

Oh wikid, must be the angle of the photo then, just looks like the throttle body is pointed right at the relay box! Still guna be using the rx7 i/c?
