im in. if i dnt hav @ least 1 dun by then i dont deserve to live... that doesnt incl what was my doner chevette. put the engine in last sat!! not too far now!!

Wow its almost looking like I might be able to get it done on time. Unfortunately the things I can’t do are killing me on funds big time. Driveshaft $400 Flywheel $300 Headers $800 Intake $400 Fuel System $500 Head Rebuild $450 Block Rebuild $800 $3650 = $4106 inc gst ;D And that’s with it still not running. I need to wire it up, finish the fuel system, get filter, clutch, sort out the throttle cable, sort the rear turrets out and tidy up any other little lose ends I find on the way. The tension/anticipation is killing me but pretty cool at the same time. Its going to make it so awesome if I actually manage to get it going for OS Nats. trailer it if ya hav 2 bro!!! |

I'm going to trailer it anyway. Theres abit of an update of where I'm at on oldschool. For you guys here, I'll just put up the sneak peak. Hopefully by the end of this week I'll have the engine full assembled and sitting in the car. That will obviously be a major step forward haha  |

Its guna be so buzzy seeing flash nuts like quad throttles, injectors, computer etc in a chevette! haha

A computer aye.. thats weird nuts.. I was thinking that.. how awesome is it that the injectors are hidden though (they are in the pic) and the computer won't be visable so I guess it will still look oldschool. Those throttles look way more oldschool than the R1 Carbs.. Those things are fuking flash man. I'm still gutted as I'm not using them though  |
