Should be able to pick them up at any car parts shop or some rubber places also carry them. You just need to measure the diameter of the holes, to get the right size.
PS, found the printout of the exhaust, will send it later tonight.

I have a brand new laser cut stainless steel exhaust manifold flange here if you are looking to build an exhaust system, if you want to buy one of the best headers that fit (with Manta engine mounts) then retro power in the UK are the guys However there are guys in NZ that can make this up to suit your project, the retro power one might not work with your engine mounts, the guys in the UK normally use the Manta 1.8 mounts and the motor at 7 degrees as seen in this picture so custom made will probably be your safest bet using Gordo's info (which is good)

looking at the mock up with the engine in the car, your doing a 0 degree install? interested to know how this ties up with the gear box, or is the Holden gear box ok with a 0 degree install?

only thing I have heard of is running issues with the standard EFi system when the engine isnt sitting at 7 degrees, but I doubt that will be a problem for you if your not using the standard EFi set up, oil level in the gear box not sure, maybe Gordo will have a better take on that, guess the gear stick will be 7 degrees off but doubt that will be an issue. The gear stick on the Manta 1.8 Getrag gearbox is connected by an external linkage, there is a 7 degree set in the bell housing to take the gear box back to 0 degrees and its sits dead level on the gear box mount, not sure about the gear box your using, but it sounds like its sitting 7 degrees off ? the Manta 1.8 big wing cast alloy oil sump is also 7 degrees off so everything then works when using the cook book method. I agree it does look nice at 0 degrees just looking at your photos again, I wonder if your going to need the alternator lowering bracket (from the UK) to clear the top of the alternator with your induction set up? Looking good so far

Engine oil level using tyhe dipstick will be slightly lewer, but I don't think that's going to be a major issue unless running slicks. Brad will have a better idea what affect the tilt, if there is one, will have on the gearbox oil level - going to depend on which side the level plug is. if you use a decent synthetic, I can't see it making SFA difference as the oil'll be well splashed around. Only thing may be the lever position.
I'm using the Manta sump , 7 degree bellhousing and T9 gearbox so can't say what you're going to be looking at with your combo'.

Brad used Manta mounts, sump and gearbox on the wagon from what I saw.

Loving this thread - looks like a cool car build.
Hope its alright to ask here in the middle of your thread, but i see youre in the south island friendlyfire. Do you still have the 2.3 engine and box you took out of your car by any chance? Are you looking to sell? Same for mounts and exhaust etc. Cheers.
Off topic - but I bought one of my chevettes late last year from a young lady in Richmond and she mentioned she knew someone up there with a few chevettes including 2.3 and rally. She was supposed to get back to me with contact details. Not you by any chance? Maybe you know the car i bought?

The chap that used to do the Targa had a few variants, but perhaps the lady was thinking of Tony - he's certainly got an interesting collection of Chevette related stuff!

yeah old efi system is all gone, running 4age ITB's with a link g4 storm ECU, will remount the gearstick at 0 degree when altering the selector shaft as it has to be cut down to fit, its external so makes it easy, what car/s do you have gm? this is the pedal box im waiting for from the uk, cost $800 nz, havent paid the gst and rubish for it yet, hopefully it may squeak through unseen... haha wont let me say c0ckpit so link wont work... its the universal top mount pedalbox in this link www.obpltd.com/obp-shop/race-car-pedal-boxes dunno about that accelerator pedal.. but will see what its like when it gets here, may be modified.. i know for sure its going to be modified to fit around the column shaft.. sorry Dunc but i sold all my 2.3 parts, few bits went on trademe but most of it when to another guy in nelson who has a vauxhall viva gt and also a droop snout firenza, could of been me she was thinking of, had 3 chevettes at one stage and my dad usto have a rally one,

Ah, just twigged it's you, Derek. Can't remember where I got my pedal box, I think it was Maiden in the UK, but they dropped the Chevette stuff a while back. Found a place doing 280mm four pot kits for the Chevette, but foolishly forgot to bookmark it, doh! You could also check out TJ Motorsport.
