That's standard from Suzuki although I put on the acerbis hand guards and yoshi full system. I've rejetted the carb and opened the airbox. Goes very well.

You can use a piazza disk rear end though they are 50mm wider. These are hard to find and afew of us are looking already so get in line I have one and I have all the disk setup off another that was bent. Also I think there only 38mm wider just what I've read anyway.

Well to be honest I just want an LSD head and a disk setup for an early isuzu gemi housing so I can put that in my shuv when my one goes but I'll just sit and wait.

hard man rims look staunch as... have a mate who has sum guard rollers... he has his own sign writing shop on that road where the new pen (policestation) is by the motorway in mairangi bay... im sure he'd let u have a go @ rollin your guards up for some beers or somthing... i did my rears lil bit harder than fronts kos rears double skinned but yeah took a lil while to figure out but turned them up nicely. Shame my tires were still too wide and fuct up my good work!!! but yea gimme a holler if u keen to try him out, im sure itll be fine.

Can you change the tyres?I would put something on a little narrower and you probably won't have any issues.
You'll just need to hammer the lip up. I just did it with a hammer and dolly. It works well but perhaps a guard roller thing will be better.
Rims look mean though. So stoked to be seeing some awesome hatches popping up around the show. I don't like the colour of the wheels against the colour the car is at the moment but I guess thats something that will be sorted with time.
Now, needs more lower ;D

Awesome you won the Auction I showed you then, Perhaps a Gunmetal center would suit better, sort of tie in with the Stripes...
Cheers,Chris

Yeah I hear everyone. You've all laid out everything I want to do. I want to do the centres in charcoal grey. I want to sack it out (with wider guards) and smaller tyres stretched over the tyres like mikuni's blue wagon tyres...looks cool.
Any idea on what size they were again? 13x175s or something? Price?

They are yokohama A539's in 175/50/13 and my wheels are 13x8. $150 each but theres a guy on trademe that does a similar tyre for cheaper and its directional.
I can't wait to see it done. Sounds perfect and glad you are taking some of our advice ;D

Hey I'll take all the advice I can get So these are 13x7, will those size tyres still be cool? You should see the original firestones that came off it....I'm surprised it went round corners at all.

yeah tom is running the same tyres as me on his 13x7's and they looks real good. Still a little bit of stretch because 195/ is about square on a 7 inch rim. you may want to just look at other options in that size especially if you want to race it because my tyres turned to liquid at taupo in the sun. they were fantastic in the wet though. yokoham offers a semi-slick in that size that would work nicely on your wheels. i think its called the a048. have a look at the availabiltiy chart on www.yokohama.co.nz its really helpful

What offset are those wheels? looks pretty intense. Mine are negitive as(not sure what cos theyre custom) and come out to a similar place....like the others said itll be fine with smaller tyres and just get a hammer and smash in the inner lip thing. As for the guy who sells those trademe tyres...im pretty sure the brand is like linglong or something which from what iver heard are pretty horrible and theyre not much cheaper than the advans if you can get trade.
sack it owt
