can someone of knowledge tell me if all gem wheel arches are the same?? and chevvettes?? Very similar, I would imagine there would be enough flex in the material... would depend how far forward the falre goes though... just look at pic's of later gem and chuvit to see what I mean.

Also bottom of arch should still be roughly the same, it's forward of the arch that may differ so depends how much steel is covered by flare... maybe you could take this into mind when doing it, could sell 3x more flares that way! (well at least have a bigger potential for sales off one design) I will take some pic's next few days of later gaurds and chevette if I havn't chucked it out compared to early gem.

what is the price for a gaurd these days. i will charge materials only but they might work out a little dearer . oh well Seeing guards are made of unobtainium and according to the movie Avatar unobtainium is valued @ 20mill USD per kg they must be hell expensive! How much material do you see guards taking to produce? You should make profits too... you can never get time back! Once moulds are made though you should be able to stash them and run some new ones out whenever the need arises... Good to hear though dude!! I would think decent TX/TC/TD guards would be worth up to $200 a piece depending on how desperate the person is and how Mrs Funt'maRunty the seller is... A good buggar may well sell waaay cheaperer. Troy reckons my drivers side guard on my hatch will be about 8hrs labour to repair to mint condition costing maybe 4hundy or so, so a pair of glass guards may be better or the same sort of cost... end of the day you just gotta name your price dude. Fixing up old cars aint a charity!

Well looks like I may be hanging onto wagon longer now, as motor will have to be rebuilt, so might splash out and get a front end ... How's it getting on/rough estimation, and still want to come up for 4's n rota's?
