DOHC 2litre Isuzu Bare engine, good runner came out of gemininja's TX sedan. (search project gallerys, real mint TX for noobs to perve at, regulars will know the car already.)
Dude is after $5-6hundy for it rather urgently... Troy may be able to suss the injection manifold and stuff for it out of his horde of parts. These are getting hard to find, reply here and will forward onto Troy who doesn't have a computer. (he selling on behalf of a mate who he is building up the TX sedan for)

yep, complete from tappet cover to sump, no alt/starter, mani's etc... not sure about fly wheel...
Was running sweet but he bought Troys G200w and is having it rebuilt only reason it came off road in 1st place was koz extractors were rooted, collector had been botched and rewelded repeatedly.

Parts are a little bit c*nty, thats why I went Opel. You can get them though, or theres alternatives to do so. Only real problem area is the camshells as far as I know.
For $500 its just about worth just throwing it in for a cheap easy upgrade, but you will need a megasquirt or carbs and elec ignition control ecu to run this engine.

I would love to have a Gem with one of these engines... with a bit of work it is a very cool alternative. People have obsure cars with hard to find parts, no reason you can't do the same with an engine. I'd imagine a nicely tuned/modded one would sound the biz at high revs on some quads |

More common in NZ, I have a spare g180w, complete longblock & gearbox.
I know of 3 others in Chch, two out of cars, one still in a piazza...
