I got one with no chrome trim (just fitted on my red wagon) should have a couple of other TF-G bonnets too. TE bonnet edge is chopped back so it doesn't rust under the chrome trim. Think bonnet is fairly decent.
Saw your old TX sedan the other day, it's at the same workshop my Chevini is being built at getting rust done and a new engine/headers set up. It's in good hands, glad to hear (assuming here...) your back in a gemmi!

That may be closer for you kyle... Checked my one out today. It is red and has some surface rust on the under side and a few light dents down the passenger side. Theres no webbing under the dents so with patience you could flatten it out nicely. Paint is OK but faded would buff up all goods. The TE bonnet as I may have mentioned is a trimmed down version of a TF-G. The front edge is chopped back slitely I'm assuming to prevent rusting under the strip... I have fitted the chrome strip on a TF bonnet but reckon the front edge not being trimmed back makes the strip sit forward ever so slightly. Up to you, not worried at all but may be better assuming its the same shade red as yours and as it is an actual TE bonnet.
