replaced the seals in the master and new pads all round with new rear slave cylinders.
have bled the brakes 3 times now with the same result every time, after doin the rear brakes the pedal starts 2 feel good thenas soon as we start on the front it goes strait back to feeling like crap.
anyone have an idea?

Sounds like air getting into the system. Are there 100% no leaks in the system? Did you bench bleed the master prior to fitting? It could have air in it, however I'm afraid it could be more than likely air slipping past the seals in the master, caused due to a dry seal or similar. Again, its hard to diagnose this kind of thing without seeing it in person but from what you say, I'd probably be looking towards the master if there are no leaks in the system.

just rebuilt my old one but cheers tim, well never figured out exactly what the problem was but i rebuilt the front calipers and master cylinder, new bads a shoes and wheel cylinders and hoses, all up cost me $129.50, not bad considering just brakes wanted $150 just to rebuild the master
