You tighten them in two stages first 85nm then 100nm in their correct order ofcourse.

Maybe a little late, but the acl gaskets have, 35 53 then 73 n/m for the torque on the head bolts. Matt

True thats interesting I have a TE and a TF-TG manual and they both say 85nm then 100nm I think you will find that what the gasket says is in lb-ft not nm because 73 lb-ft is about 99 nm.

gasket never came with torque specs i'll just do the 85 and 100 thing cheers guys! btw how much u reakon i could get for my 1600 wqith 120k with gerbox ? also can u get email notification when u get a reply on this site ?

Probably wont get much for the engine, just keep it handy in case we all need parts etc
