possibly sussed my over heating problem for those who have been follwing it on oz gem. Id say my sender or guage is fuked. I chucked in a new thermostat and installed a different guage and sender in to the drain plug on the side of the block. Warmed her up and sure enough the guage eventually read hot, but the new guage was only just about 0 and the thermostat never oppened (hadthe radiator cap off so i could see) Guess that solves the problem, what a hassel over such a little thing! Ahwell, off to geta new sender now then hopefully shes all good!

not till around 80 degrees which is opperating temp. so it maintains it at that temp. The problem is definatly the guage, listen to this wierd issue. For the first 7 or so minutes, my fuel and temp guages (stock ones) go all the way to the top, ie it shows the car as running hot and the fuel as full, then magicly at some random point they both drop to there actual positions. wierd... ahh well doesnt bother me to much. So thats one more gemini on road! next thing..... Paint!!
Cheers for all the help fellas! Matt
