We've a half dozen places we use at work - however I'm off work at the moment, injured, and had misplaced my notebook anyway. If I were you, I'd just get out the yellow pages and see what sort of prices you can get stuff for - I found "Steel and Tube" to be VERY compatative and delivery is usually only $10-20 dollars extra.

Mico metals is pretty sweet... gave me a nice price on a sheet of tread plate for my work wag (its still sitting in barn on the round tooit list...) My old man sells galv steel sheet, think only like 26 gauge or somthing... are you just wanting thin sheet to base your door cards on or do you want door card thickness? Think its like $40-50 per sheet... 2400x1200mm. Has sheet metal cutter and folder too...

You should see my mates Patrol... whole floor is cut, bent and welded tread plate... warning if you intend to have treadplate door cards... your pants will get holes worn in them.... I nuts you not, you'd be surprised just the constant rubbing against the door while driving, you won't even realise your doing it... was quite funny. The Patrol also featured 22" Rims (incl spare on back door) Flared guards, Cobra bucket seats, amazing competition soundstream sounds (was in Team Stream) oh yeah and it was powered by a 355cube V8. (think it was originally in a Trans-Am.) This beast of a car had an engine bay fire as it sat in his driveway warming up to take me to my wedding, St Paddys day 2007... insurance comapny wrote it off and he bought back and it has sat in his garage since, stripped out now but not a lot done to it (working on his house...) Be a happy day when its back and growling tho... think he wants to turn into an off roader next tho, sell bling wheels, body lift and massive tyres all round.... Anyhow, the treadplate, be warned! Reckon you should just get some decent 6mm Hardboard or MDF and make some custom door cards, I have some ideas with this... making some that arnt just flat... need to try out a sample or at least draw up ideas to see if you's think will work... the Mrs doing the vinyl re-trimming has given me some ideas... You get your rims fitted with some tyres? They goin on chuv or gem?
