just picked up another g161+5speed off 77vette. chur boe! got his lukey extractors & adjusty panhard too so we all set for convo x 2 - just need G-Box cross member(s).

ripped out the nutsty little chevette engine the other day. this is what was left of my drivers side engine mount!  hmm.....g200?  ?  can get a piazza turbz engine fully recoed for a G! worth it??? |

is that 2k for your g200 engine? thats Barry Whiteen expensive bro!?!?!? you got aftermarket ecu tho eh? reckon ill grab that turbz engine then eh. throw that in the piazza & g200 in the chevette then g161 in the other chevette. going carbs on g200 tho. cant be Barry Whiteed with ecu's & nuts eh. you gonna buy cul8er's manifold? may be keen if ur not.
u shouldve just bored out your g161 block. then use 1800 nuts. compressions perfect for turbz no???

undersealed my guards. abro spray from auto stop - $10 a can for anyone interested. 1 can does both front guards with a bit left over  ugly air con gone the way of the rubbish bin  current state of affairs with pizza rims. (not so current actually as has rozzies on again)  decided piazza will keep its engine & going with a g161/5speed/weber/extractor setup. can always throw a g200 in at a later date me thinks  |

Looking good with the Piazza rims. That black nuts you did the guards with is what I need for the inside of my boot me'thinks.

If it is bitumonous stuff you don't want that inside of anything!
If it's rubbery stuff then mint... A can of spray on rubbery stuff apparently is like $20 and Troy has the gun to apply it, sure he'd squirt it in your boot for sweet F A (cost of goo) if you were to bring the coupe by the shop. Bitumen stuff if it gets solvent (lil bit of fuel..) or heat goes soft and messy!
Will let you know how much it actually is, picking up 4 cans in the morning, spraying the floor of red wag with it, already used a couple of cans on Chevini need to replace them.

this is the rubbery stuff dude. only 10 bucks a can from auto stop. theres the 3M stuff which is twice the price & supposed to be the nuts but i found abro stuff to be pretty decent & a good price. 3 cans would be more than enough for one car - both front guards/floor pan & undercarriage.

That underseal comes up real sweet, I'll think I'll go and use some on parts of mine.. Also looks mint on the piazza rims!
