Was out at a 'family gathering' type thing on the weekend and there was some little chap there un related to me but he was all into cars and sh*t. He was 10 and had a little die cast shelby 'stang that he was playing with.
Didn't think anything of it untill I went out to my car (the gem) to grab a jersy and he came running out to 'have a look at my car'. Hahaha it was so funny, he was all stoked at it. Massive grin on his face and he asked if I'd start it for him. So i gave him the keys and he jumped in the bucket seat and started it. It was so funny, I've never seen someone so happy sitting in a gemini (even tho he asked if it was a toyota).
I told him to tell all his mates that geminis and vauxhalls are the best car and to buy one when he can.
I remember the first 'mean' car I went for a blast in and the first nicely modified oldschool cars I saw, so I'm hoping I converted him and afew mates into gem luvers.. ;D
Anyway, thought that was pretty funny.. anyone else have any similar stories?
