Well its obviously do-able because that other guy was gunna put his poobird one into a 1600. Personally I wouldn't bother mucking around with a CA. They are nearly as heavy as an FJ and no where near as strong or powerfull, and they can't come close to competing with an SR.

SR's have gone up to a ridiculous price lately because of the 'Drift' scene so they are pretty much ruled out, but how about an FJ? I know there were a couple complete engines going on TM for $1500 and they are awesome. CA's would be ok, but if your going to all the hassle of manualing something and fabricating mounts and all that rubbish you might aswell get something awesome in there!

I'd personally just spend 3-4 grand turboing a g180 or g200 or putting in a 4zc1-t before I spent that coin getting a standard CA in there.

Do a rota. 12a turbo would be g-unit as.
Or 4age they is the mega goodest engines. You can't beat a decent na engine in my opinion. Nah, for a gem i would definatly go turbo. 3sgte or rover v8 would be cool

nah looking at 3.8 v6 manual aye i almost had a whole car for 800 but sold! and your mate wanst 3,500 for his combo which is out of the question for me ! good luck getting it good on him if he does!

haha talk him down ? nah u wont get him low enuff for me to be interetsed u can pick these engines up for chips and gearboxes go for heaps if people know what there worth or nothing if they dont! just gotta play ur cards right! and get in there REAL QUICK!

700 for gearbox is what the sell for that ive seen which is ONE but like i said i almost scored a whole frickn car for 800 engine loom box whole dam car! i have no idea how ur mates gonna get 3,500 aye thats just out of this world
