We are starting a deep cleaning and onsite metal polishing business. We are offering 10% commission for a closed sale and 5% for a sale we have to close, basicly restoring old stainless steel urinals, benches, sinks, elevators etc and deep cleaning washrooms and commercial kitchens. Serious cash to be made if you know of any stinky washrooms @ work or wherever, will be travelling out of auckland too...answer back here if anyone keen.... Company name is 'uber clean' just to give an idea restoring a 3.5m long st-st urinal is the best part of $500... @ 10% commission i would fork you out $50 just for making a phonecall or asking a question... not too shabby huh?! We are going to be using wagons of the t-car variety for carting around our gear which is why all of a sudden i am buying up rims and an extra wagon... anyway if anybody interested in making a bit of extra car money gimme a holler and i can provide more details. Eventually we will get a website...also future developments will be engine bay degrease and polishing engine components...need to teach myself how 1st... have been polishing st-st for almost 4 years now...anyway thought could be a way for yal to make a bit of beer spending money (or t-car spending money!!) Nice idea bro. I know several people at stainless design here in hamilton so perhaps your services could be offered to them as a followup for people who have purchased stainless goods from them? I'm not sure how it would work but just an idea.
Also, love the t-car wagon idea. A little fleet of business t-cars would be so sweet.

www.uberclean.co.nz/apps/photos/Check out some of our before/after shots of some of the washroom restorations we have done... if you know an organisation that could benefit from our sharp prices and top notch hygiene standards and the visual impact an Uber Clean treatment brings forward the link onto them. Clubs, pubs, schools, offices, factories, gyms- wherever grime may be we will travel! Struggling a bit at the moment, trying to not consider selling any of my cars but it may yet come to it... (Brad will be super glad I finished paying him off...) Still prepared to pay commissions on good leads!

just wish more people with dirty bathrooms thought so... getting people to part with money is the hard part. Bet your work toilets are mud, tyre shops are the worst/get the best value... shame the commute to ChCh would kill the deal lol

Unfortunately we (and a lot of toilets I'm noticing these days) use porcelain urinals and basins, otherwise I'd forward your details to our maintenance department.
You've probably already tried it, but I'd suggest ringing a few of the pubs and possibly larger companies like the hamilton city council and seeing how you get on. I've noticed the Speights Ale House has a large, flash, stainless urinal that could do with a bit of work and it would seal the deal if you could get a few other businesses to visit while down here.
If I remember I might try and mention this service to my uncle also. He removes scratches from windows by polishing, and could possibly suggest your service to companies also. He does all areas from Whangarei to Hamilton and is based in Auckland. I'll probably forget, but I should see him over Xmas.

I do porcelain ware too : ) www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=10150438446375476&set=a.191652935475.162814.191650590475&type=3&theater Urinals especially get quite rank within trap, all porcelain goes dull and grey which is from the spray and wipe nature of day to day cleaning, surfactant residuals build up trapping dirt and whatever else dries with the spray residue. The build up around tapware and dripping down from soap recesses and around plug hole etc... we can usually restore it like new, or at very least waaaay betterer than how we find it. Whats your uncles biz? Been asked by a new client about polishing glass on Caltex carwashes... as I don't do glass pollishing I have kinda passed on it (figured the liability should I break something/damage it further was too much risk...) the guy still wants me to do it though so I have lazily researched methods, products etc.
