Talk to that CAM of oldschool he'll definatly help you out with good prices. The guys who sell the ROH rims are TWL who is like a trucking parts distributor= CAm will get good prices. He got lowlancer his but i dont think he was that keen to help me ;D

I think you should go eights. Even after doing mine I'd go with 8's again because of the stretch it gives you and how they sit under the guards. No clearance issues at all ;D

Oh and zep, its best to suss out what you want through TWL and then PM CaM just for him to get them for you. Otherwise it's just trying to get him to do the searching for you, if you know what I mean. See what they go up to in 15's aswell. Wide 15's would be fun!

cam wouldnt even tell me where he was geting them from or anything, so i could really do much.

Wheels arrive tomorro! he gona cut the centers out then ill take em to the acid dippers. Then hes gona tack in one so that i can test fit it and decide if i wanna adjust the offset. Will also be able to test fit a tyre and put it on my car to make sure the 7 is gonna do the job. Exciting!

Yeah I think your making a good option going with them in that case. Sounds like you're getting a pretty good service, even for the higher price. Better than sending them all the way down south, only to get something that isn't exactly right. May cost you more in the end that way.

Did some hardout bush mechanics today, trying to put my fc seats into my chevette. They fit beautifully but my fabrication skills leave much to be desired. I had fun with the angle grinder tho ;D

Just waiting on wheels now....
Sorting out nuts for the oldschool trackday at the moment. Scored myself some free antifreeze and i purchased some new oil and a filter. lol hardcore race mods! also found some new spark plugs and leads in my garage. Just need to get these new wheels on then i can sort out my shocks and springs. Think i'll rip all the carpet out tomorrow! whatrs a race car without a little bit of weight reduction...
So gona clean up at this track day ;D

-forgot to say that im gona have a wof in a day or two. And i might of got my job back so more$$$ fo chevette. Not that she deserves it the skanky slut!

-also gona mount my fire extinguisher tomorrow! prob should build myself a rollcage aswell.

-Also buying a new matt black motobike helmut, so ill be wearing that in taupo.

-Might pull the gearbox out soon cos my release bearing is ultra noisey.

Zep, why do you have to rebuild your engine? I thought it was pretty much back together, is it just to wack that g2 crank in?

Have to rebuild, well, I went to the shop, coz I needed someone to put the pistons in the bores and install the double row timing chain, and they advised me against putting the crank in myself because of all the little measurements and nuts. Plus, I thought it would be a good time to get it balanced and stuff. Gonna do this right.

Stupid engineer guy hasnt done nuts with my wheels even tho hes had them for like 4 days arghhhhh. He dosnt even have to do jack nuts!!!

My tyres have arived, went and checked em out today, they are so awesome!

Mikuni bro, dont think i need anything except a release bearing or maybe a thrust bearing which ill just score from partsmaster or somenuts. Maybe if i do something nuts and destroy my engine/box then ill give you a call ;D

Went back to the engine builder to find that the G200's crank had previously spun a bearing, so now they need to see if they can grind and get it all good again.

The pistons were poorley mated to the rods (floating but with out a brass bush) so two have seized and now I need a full set of rods and 2 pistons. Barry White Barry White Barry White Barry White Barry White Barry White Barry White.

I'm fully thinking of flagging it and just getting that 4ZE1 off trademe.

So yeah, back to hamilton to get those rods (I hope he didn't throw them out)! And if the pistons decided to actually be SR20 ones, actually, it dosen't matter anymore, I have to get rods modded to suit pistons anyway, so I may aswell put some forgies of the right bore size in there. daammmnn
