I vote save it man. It looks mint. Sorry haha. Theres that other one up here for $400 that has Barry Whiteed sills. Perhaps they could be combined by someone? I know afew people have been asking about gems since they saw defcons one sold to lorolla. Yeah it's alright for you, you already have a suitable diff, so just can it!   ;D Does it have the chrome window winders? I only need 2, so if it does then the two best ones would be cool. |

Fair enough, I can see your point, but the shell can still be saved if someone wants to put it back on the road.

Im 70% Sure the rego is dead, I remeber it was parked on their front lawn (5 years ago) , and it'd been failed on rust back then, been sitting outside for 2 years, been garaged for a while. So either way it'll still be rustier than what it failed on back then.
It will probably end up resting beside the Chevette at Dead cars, so It may sit there untouched for a while..
Unless I get an incredibly good offer I doubt it'll be sold.

I used to want to make a kadett/gem shape wagon but I decided I couldn't bring myself to pull the chevette front off. I think the wagons look better as chevettes because of the angled front, where the coupes look better with the gemini front, for the same reason.
Still a cool idea though. I may even be keen to buy the front stuff just incase lol.
Give the aussie his badges. We have heaps of isuzu nuts here.
