I think he'd be lucky to get 3 grand for it, but in saying that I guess those wheels are worth abit. You could sell those on to some honda dude and put something on that suits it abit more perhaps?
Its de-regd so to re-reg it, you would need to either return it to original condition or cert all mods to put it through.
Also, they don't usually like to re-reg resprayed cars, as they don't know what the paint is covering. They don't want to give registration to a car that is full of rust and bog but covered by a nice paint job. I'm not saying that this is, but thats just the way the re-registration process is.
That said, you could get tags for it but thats dodgy and even finding live tags for a gemini might prove a bit difficult.

It is pretty much original condition? apart from the paint job and the wheels nothing structurly has changed, if your in to gems why do you down grade this one so much, if i dont get wat i want for it i will just keep it and get it on the road, As someone said these things are rear and you should pay a good price for a car that there are not many of. Im being totally honest with what is involved with having to get it re-regd. (and i rekon the wheels look mint but thats ur opinion?)

I'm not down grading it. I'm just being honest and telling a prospective buyer what to expect when buying a modified and resprayed, de-registered car. Don't get me wrong, I like it. Colour suits it and with the rarity of these it would be nice to get hold of one in good condition. That said I don't think the re-registration process will be a walk in the park. If it is why don't you just do it and sell the car alot more easily, possibly for more money. Prove me wrong
