I offered her $400 for it last week some time, but she replied back that someone else had offered $500 and asked if I wanted to increase my offer... I'm not so interested in it any more though

yeah im keen for that hatch but got no dollars. Gordo, maybe you could ask tim? a while back he was saying that people could rent out space in his barn or something.
