So my 13x7s were for sale on tardme and a guy won them didn't reply to my emails and kept sending "can you please send me your contact details" but failed to return my emails etc Hence I haven't sold them so I'm thinking about keeping them as spares although I'd like to shoe horn some smaller tyres onto them. What can I fit over these?
I'm thinking of getting them polished too if anyone knows how this can be done.
These will essentially be my road/spare wheels and would like them to look cool but not worried about tyre performance so they can be cheap and nasty.

115/30/13s
Nah kidding... Maybe the tyres that Brad has on his 13s? Paint them black! Or just the spokes at least. Screw it, give them to me!

Well I may be selling them again instead of keeping them I'm just ascertaining the cost involved in keeping them as I need to purchase 15x7s for the race car.

15x8's You could put on Yokohama A539's which are non-directional asymteric patterned 175/50/13's and will be about $150 per tyre. Small tyres result in a small rolling diameter though which means if your car is high it will look silly because they will be small in the guards, while if its low it will be REAL low.

I assume you want smaller tyres because they currently rub? But if you put that HSR kit on, then you won't have that problem.
The tyre size Brad has are really only required to get wheels like yours under stock guards, hence why in approximately 2500 years time, when dinosaurs have returned and are roaming the Earth and I actually buy some tyres for my superlites, I'll get that size.
If you do go HSR and have those tyres on, they will look super weeney.

Cancel that Bulldog, I just thought that 13s are no good for you so you cant buy my tyres, if you are going to get the same brake setup as my car then they will not fit, I couldnt even get 14's over my brakes.

I didn't realise that was you danny.
Have you had those 13x11's on a chevette before? I take it the diff was shortened or was it purely a hacked up dirt track car?

I have put them on when I had a std diff and guards, they stuck out about lots!! each side and the guard sat on the tyre so I never drove it. I tyres look very old but thought if someone was building up a chevette beast may want them. I dont know what they were built for but im sure it would have turned heads

if your after cheapies try my mates peter and peter at tyrebusters in glenfield, they sell 2nd hand tyres which the owner (peter) hand selects from literally a mountain of tyres in japan... altho not sure how common 13s are in japan... worth a try tho. Got cool cars there too... the owner is into mk1 cortinas and the other peter has a 400+ hp series5 rx7 which makes it a good thing he works at a tyre shop koz that thing smokes tyres like mad!!
