Yeah, I know, I was taking the piss  I've a normal, torque tube, Isuzu diff I could use as an intermediate option, I guess, before the Lotus Turbo. AhHAAAA!!! i knew it was one of you Mrs Funt'maRunts who brought my diffs. Did you get those from steelies gears?....somebody from here did. He had them there for years and then i told you guys about them. Went back in a week to buy them and they were gone. tony from steelie gears said: 'some guy just rang up out of the blue, said he was putting them in a chevette' the mystery is solved(Unless these are different diffs altogether ;D). |

Different differentials  The basic Piazza one was bought about ten years ago and the Lotus Turbo' about five years ago. Wasn't the Steelies one a torque tube/LSD one? Be excellent for Mikuni! |

haha awesome. I think steelie gears may of had both versions of lsd diffs. I was mega keen on torque tube diff...hmmm i wont rest untill i find the culprit. Then i will have a short rest. Then i will jack up his/her chevette and steal the diff ;D

Ya, in future dont tell people before you are definitly buying it / paid for it, remeber within a day of me finding a piazza and putting it up here a "stalker" on here tried to beat me to it..

Gordo, you weren't parting out the Lotus Turbo were you? I remember back in the day I went to look at an engine or something and the guy told me he was putting the diff in a chevette (from the Piazza). Stored under the house if I remember rightly

Stored under the house if I remember rightly Nah, got it from a guy in North Auckland - Riverhead, I think. He had a few Piazzas there - wish I'd also bought the front discs as they're larger than the stock ones - but then, I'd already got the fourpots etc. |

I have a spare pf50 housing...however i will be keeping the axles, diff head and torque tube  ive abandoned thje idea of an lsd, im just going to run a locked gemini diff with piazza disks. |

Mean, just registered to race in this event.
I decided that I'm just going to get myself in trouble driving my car on the road because I'm not mature enough for something that goes fastish, so I'm going to do as many events as I can.
You Mrs Funt'maRunts should come race me/watch/otp if your too lazy etc the eurosport people seem a little bit weird so I want some good Mrs Funt'maRunts there

I'm pretty sure Trackday is the 16th of september. I'll probably end up going and getting drunk with them on the saturday night before it but not epic drunk though.
silly people having the trackday on the sunday... jeeze..............

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing aye... bit dodgy.
Need to make a special track, with like mega full cage spec cars and nuts where you can just get boozed and drive around. How crazy would that be.
