beach hop is on the last weekend of april. Its at whangamata and is basically a classic car and hot rod show. its sorta a big oldschool party. worth a look, theres some pretty awesome cars there. I'm abit worried that this year there will be heaps of cops tho, as last year things got real out of hand due to there being no liquor band. this year its enforced like it is at new years and you can get arrested etc.
i'll probly take my vauxhall depending on how drunk i get the night before

last year was awesome 50,000 people lots of wikid v8s depends how boogy ur car looks there aint gonna b as much cops as there is at new years i think they said only bout 10 xtra police will b in town but im not 2 sure u should b right but it would b a safer bet having wof reg

I wouldnt!!! last beachhop i got a rather anoying fine for being too low in my chevette. Was like 50mm at the sills according to his 100mm block. Wasnt even desprung for goodness sake.Still no sticker but id be carefull if i were you. If it aint a yank tank or ausi nutster they will ticket you

tom you knob, we all parked up our cars to walk into town to look at the mean yank ones and you just got in yours and started driving around everywhere!Ofcourse your gunna get a finefor drving a car like that at beachhop around town
Anyway, was pretty mean last year, I'd say we'll all be going again. I think its mid feb or something like that
