I bought this for $50 its completely shaged but I have big plans for it. Its the largest of the TD04 Mitsi series of turbos I'm going to get the end of the bearing core machined down to fit my TD025 exaughst housing. I used a 440ml can for size referance ;D Its not that big but its huge compared to my current turbo. Its about the same size as a T3 or T25 garret turbo so I've been told.

Ohh nice, should work a treat. I have a t3 and it spools very nicely, so if it's similar then you're gonna feel that push!

Yeah I want fast spool because my engines only good till 6500rpm so it wont be revin high. My TD025 exaughst housing is tiny and starts making boost at about 1800rpm and has 7psi by between 2000-2500 its hard to tell when driving. My plan is to get more flow with a bigger compressor housing and fast spool with a small exaughst side. Its only a theory but I think I will get a realy quick off the line machine but wont have as much as it could at higher rpm plus its way bigger and looks tough ;D

I just pulled my tiny TD025 turbo to bits today to see if I could hybrid it with the TD04. I found its not gunna work unless I have a custom shaft made up which will cost heaps so meh gunna leave it. All is not lost though, it has good seals which are fecked in my other turbo so I can stop that mad oil leak in the compressor housing. I think I will be putting it back on the TE because I got used to the power and I miss it ;D.
