WTB Rear Chevette bumper Ak (cheaps)

Ello. Firstly I'm broke as so not looking to spend much and after all the sweet deals I have cut for most Mrs Funt'maRunts on this little club I'm after a bit of reciprocating lovin'...

I only have rough rear bumpers for my Chevini... one aninja gave me a while ago is a bit buckled and marked under the chrome, original one from the actual car is quite rusty. Could pullage the rear bumper from green Chevini which I have only just thought of just this minute but thought I'd see what is around...

Have loads of spares here you may want to exchange something or give me a sweet price!!!

Am starting to ask more for parts I sell, ask cul8r who didn;t want to pay what I thought a master cyl/booster was worth... people don't seem to realise the effort and costs involved in storing all this stuff... almost at the point where i keep what I need and what is of value and dump the rest... but I probably won't. People seem to want stuff for these types of cars for a song! The amount of non replies I have had to prices given on trade me is a joke...

As always if you need anything for your project flick me a message. Still get a buzz when my hoarding pays off for somebody and gives me a few bucks to pour into my money pits.

i got a spare one in pretty good condition, off my blue chevette, will check it out tomorrow and take a picture for you, will do you a sweet deal, if your keen, i know sending it up might cost a bit..

just had a look at my spare bumper, and its in worse condition than i thought.. bit rusty, overspray on it and few small dents, wouldnt be worth sending up

Yeah, people have to bear in mind that when you do need the bits you sold, they'll be even rarer and more expensive, so you have to make some allowance for that.
Still, usually, a hell of a lot cheaper than having things rebuilt/reconditioned!
last master cylinder I had sleeved was $70 more than 20 years ago - hate to think what it would cost now!

decicided I cant be bothered spending at the moment, have to pay for Andrews wide steels which I have just colelcted and the Chevini will have a bill of $2-300 at least in the next week or two... will whack one of my bumpers on and look for a better one when it next gets a respray, spray bomb finish will only be there for 18months/2yrs max : )

Is a bit sad with these cars... look at Andrew with his Estate, I would have thought at that price it would have been snapped real quick but no one seems to be spending... silly Toyotas and Mazdas seem to get good money still... perhaps in a few more years : ) I have no plans to sell anything anyway so doesn't bother me too much just wish these cars would at least feel like good investments!
I get looks/comments/people coming up and talking to me every day in my Gemini wagon... cars slowing down and checking it out on the motorway and so on, people do love them I think possibly part of the problem is many people just don't know what they are whereas everyone knows what a freetoofree or dee-ex boe is ( and frequently get people saying 'Nice 323' or 'Nice DX Bro' which makes me chuckle to myself... I freaking love these cars and don't for the life of me know why!

it seems to be with these cars that if you like them, you love them and own multiple, if you dont like them, you will never understand those who do!

it would be nice for them to increase in price and be expensive but then how would we afford to play with them?

true words there... if they were valued same as siliar ford/toyota/mazdas theres no way I'd have more than 1 or 2... although if I had 1 or 2 life would be waaaay less complex...
