a good starting point would be to find out what the correct jetting is, there is a guy in Drury that will be able to help you out, he is pretty freindly and wont make you feel like a schlong if you ask a dumb question
his name is Bob email him hitechperformance@ihug.co.nz
you probably want to find out what jets are in the carb first or take the whole lot to him .
dont go drilling or messing around otherwise you could end up in a real mess.

that could be a good idear and drury isnt far away, but the thing with this carb is that the linkages andfuel supply is different, i.e the throttle cable isnt long enough and it also has a return line from the inlet. will have a tinker and pull it apart maybe has a blocked jet in there someware

yeah they are in drury, they have a web site. you will need to use special nozzle cleaners or maybe soak the jets in something that will clean them up, would not poke around too much incase you damage something. maybe just take the carb in, but be warned carbs are expensive to service, if its a weber your better getting the bits out of the UK. I use Eurocarb and they send to NZ, their web site is www.dellorto.com/
