hey there, i havnt posted up pics of it yet but i recently brought a 1981 holden gemini slx sedan. and have stumbled across a friend who could give me a two barrel holley carb, just wana know if that would improve proformance??

too big id imagine mate. arent they for v8s? be better off with a pair of 40 side or down draft webers

depends mate just check trademe. between $300 - $1000 depending what condition theyre in. can get manifolds off ozgemini or sometimes on trademe or just have one made up

cheap upgrade is a 32/36 weber with an adapter plate

Two barrel is probably a 350 CFM model - with a suitable manifold, it would improve things, but more if you were running a higher spec engine as it'll be way under it's potential.
Draw through turbo???

hold up holley do all sizes in carbs... what size/type is it? no expert but I had one suitable for a 2L which could have been re-jetted, gave it to a Ford mate to mash on a pinto in the end.

Good point, I was thinking of the old days, when they were replacements for the two barrel OEM crap.

hey im not sure what model it is but it was in a standard holden kingswood if that helps haha. and atm just looking for cheap easy upgrades, extractors, lumpy ect
