Hmmmmmm didnt realise guards for TF-G were of similar length to TX-C... reckon you now need a TX-C front cut and just the bottom part of guards, move headlites an inch or so toward the inside and mash some TG indicators on the corners giving the look of later model kafett c... Def gana be considering the above for my vette wag... Infact may even look at it for the chevini hatch... one of the guards virtually needs to be resculpted in any case due to hoorid rust... the passenger side guard is minto courtesy of young thomas mcsexyvette

my thinking heading same way use indicator lenses from 70s bmw with similar leant back front attack with grinder and pinch the cars chin back into its neck a bit, get motor going tow to track do big lazy drifts and explode factory diff ;D ;D ;D

yeah man paints an extra we can't afford, on a side note i have a commodore diff front brakes etc and 15 pursuits i'd like to run, if anyone wants the wide jetta steels and hankooks let me know $1500 cash ono still toying with this front swap idea a fair bit of work and hard to get right , with out factory guards and valance tf front still appeals to me with some rusty steel channel bumpers and a steel splitter down the bottom If TF is the go lemme know if that bonnet comes up for grabs, was off tard me recent purchase correct? Had eyes on it... Also have a nasty TX bonnet I could exchange with cash top up... it's painted like rust and has a rusty bottom lip above grill and a nice dent in it too...

tim buy my jetta steels for your chevini and you can have the bonnet, not because turbos aren't awesome just because steels rule face harder haha tempting but 15hundy tu meke for the crazyman currently due to financial stupidity along with mods to chevini etc. Think I'm gana have to downgrade the suspension too... new shox/springs etc... so plan is to buy 1x new tyre and use turbro's, get rid of baloon guard scrapers from rear so slam can take effect. Either turbro's or stock hub capped rims which will be widened in the future... So many decisions...

I hav a VP LSD I was planning on using for my project, but I'm unsure how far outside the guards it will sit on a Shove-it....

will be going tf front for sheer ease, buy my bonnet $200 double your money... after i gave you that wag for a hundy and that TX head for free cheeky beggar! not in urgent need for it, that wagon is the last of my 5 to recieve attn, Troy may have one along with guards in one of his containers anyway... he may go hunting instead of repairing my dodgy half n halver one that I have... pretty horrific chopped in centre of guard lol Will let you know ASAP if he doesnt have as probably won't find one that straight very easily.

so this is mine an tim's wag update, currently the whole tunnel disappeared and a 5.3 v8 and auto is sitting in the bay (making mounts for other car) the diff shot up to andrew for his chevette but a early b1600 diff is ready and waiting for the task, the wag will be running 6 stud so b2000 brakes hubs and stubs are also on hand. panel vanning it is on the cards along with an early front conversion if parts came up. pics to follow once i get it back off the trailer
