King springs + wheels, looks a bit better but pretty average still. Might paint the spokes yet, ideas?

I'm not a massive fan of the big wheels but they do look ok, I think just leave them silver too because silver lip is done to death and looks a bit crap IMO.
See how your car goes with large wheels, I think you'll be a bit dissapointed with it. I know after change to 13/14's on mine even 15's are a bit big - you can really feel them pulling the car around and they make it feel a lot less nimble, kind of heavy.

Agree with all the above. Main thing with big rims is they need short sidewalls and the lack of flex can laod up on the shoulders. However, careful selection of tyres can help reduce that problem.

I like the wheels but maybe in a 14" that colour looks real like my TG's colour silvers a sweet colour in imo.

concur i concur but its a daily and getting some mileage out of her would be the main concern, i've run 17's they handled fine 16's were a bit better, but these 195 45 14's are spastic full speed turn in and super stable graduation to oversteer in the coupe great fun in the wet, just need beams powers now

Yeah I agree I am slightly dissapointed as I didn't think 17's would look as massive as they do, really need a smaller tyre and less ride height but can't be bothered spending any more money just so it suits my personal taste.
Reason being, as this certainly isn't my pride and joy and will be sold not too long after it's finished. So the 17's may appeal more to the general car scene than to us lot.
I'll just call this car "practice" lol

Splashed some colour on it on sunday. Spent all night on it after work today, all un masked and got the whole rear end cleaned and polished and some other little bits fixed up. Ready to get into the doors, bonnet, boot and fuel flap when I get my new sander in a few days as the old one decided to give up.
