Oh you left out the obligatory shot of you 80's stz on the phone @ Mikuni the wheels have a few cracks in the plastic covers, if you want them , you can have them (your wallet will feel a fraction lighter though) - Make an offer. Haha Better yet for you, could drop them off at Elite wheels for you if thats what you intend on using them for.. @ Zac , yea Basically want to swap the rear end out of the 'old' one with that blue one, take some misc bits and pieces, the front guards on the old one are all yours too. You work fast, hmm, Next weekend all good for you (Mainly sunday - I work saturday) ? Bring the other one in, chop bits out swap ass ends over etc etc... Cheers,Chris

It won't be for a while though because I'm feeling the burn of an engine conversion, so if you want to use them or sell them go hard, otherwise I'll grab them abit later on.

Sweet man, go hard. I don't really want two sets of the same wheels its just that mine are kinda crappy so I was thinking of doing another set but won't be for a while anyway.

These ones wont be much better man, seriouisly, the cracks in the plastic are pretty knarly. Only one of them isnt cracked like that, one of the others is about the same, and the last one is way worse, much bigger and on both sides. Its fooled me af first, i thought is was the whole wheels that was Barry Whiteed, but its just the plastic (alloy maybe?) face thats put on over the steel wheel.

Yeah they crack hard. They are weird wheels aye. Pitty it is just a coating. No one knows what it is either it seems.

Seem more like rubber tho. There are heaps of weird combos of nuts out there tho. My great uncle built this caravan back in the 50's from some weird metal he got from the ohakea airforce base. Said they called it duranium or something. Looks like alloy but its mean as. Has been siting outside for 50 years without paint and it still looks almost new. Mean that had nothing to do with anything

I thought geranium was a flower. I looked it up though and I think its something off star wars. Stop smoking. Your grandfather never built a caravan back in the 50's and it isn't sitting on your back lawn for hot boxing.
When we sand blasted the paint off those wheels they were beige so I'm pretty sure its a non-metalic material but you never know. It was the colour of liquid nails sorta.

Ohhh, i know what they're made from, back in my STarion obsessed days i looked into geting a Starion LSD, did a heap of research, turns out they're made from 'Unobtainium', i rekon these must be the same stuff!

Nah, there's a set right there, so they must be made of Bolloxium (and I know, coz Im the internet expert on EVERYTHING)...

I think you're both right. It seems piazza LSD's might be made of the same thing as Starion ones.
