I want it vented etc I really like the whole turbo engine sound including the bov. Just not keen on the whistle I like a straight pshhht none of this ssqv flutter or whistle crap but I've sorta started liking what I've got at the moment. I gave it a real good tune today sorta getting the hang of it ;D Got 100% good results acceleration is about 100% better I thought it was good before but yeah it obviously could be improved. Cruising is smother still not perfect which is an issue because I take it on the open road nearly every time I drive it. Seems to spool quicker but I reckon thats just because its tuned better so it pulls harder off boost. Idle is better and also no more clouds of black smoke when I floor it or when its still cold. Gonna get bigger injectors and up the boost after the wedding you used evo injectors Zep what was involved in making them fit? I want to use 13bt ones but all the ones on TM etc look dodgey there's always heaps of evo ones that look ok.

All that was involved in fitting them was to bore out the housing on the manifold a bit, then they just slip right in

Haha no I probably wont be there no not cause I'm lazy I have a perfectly good reason but you said no excuses so I wont tell you Zep that would mean I would need the mani off not keen on that mish. How far back the engine sits there's no way of getting the dizzy or manifold off without major pissing around

Put a Piazza disk braked diff in the TG over easter going to put front brakes on also. Also got to do the master cylinder tidy up some wiring and all new bushes then I'll take it for a cert. It should pass no worries I think. Diff don't quite fit that easy its not finished yet have to sort sway bar cause it don't line up also the panard but I knew that.

Steering coupling was bout $350 with hook ups etc. Still more to get like front and rear swaybar but might get new ones of those and they might come with bushes.

Oh yeap. Are the top ones steering rack ones? Thats something I want to get for mine.
The sway bars will come with the mounting bushes (my whiteline one did anyway) and then just grab those universal sway bar mounts with the steel threaded rod. They're only about $30.

Good stuff man. I never would have thought a primera bumper cut down would have looked good on there.
Engines looking good in there too. Got it all running right now?
Its awesome how you're going the cheap route on your cars and everythings panning out well and to a nice high standard too. Just goes to show that putting in the effort is what counts.

Yeah its running real good no missing good power and fuel economy is'nt to bad for a turbo car. Still havn't sussed the warm up tuning 100% yet but I let it warmup before I drive it anyway. Trying to sorce a 4ze1 dizzy so I can run full spark controll and probably a cop setup also.
Going to leave it off the road for a few months at the end of this month. I need to save some more money to widen wheels and finish a few other bits properly. Oil cooler line has developed a leak which is like $80 to replace I want stiffer springs for the rear there's quite a list actually lol. But most importantly I need bigger injectors!!!
