Where are all of the 2 door sedan chevettes? Did they even sell them here? An older guy at work who used to own a gemini coupe when he lived in nelson(about 10 years ago), reckons he used to see one all the time down there. And he says that hes seen one up here as well. Maybe these were private imports which came in with UK migrants?? I really like the 2 door sedans, and would be interested to know if any came here, and if there are any left  |

There from brazil and south america, chevy chevette is what there called i think, they also got them in parts of europe I think too. Nah we didnt get them over here aye, too bad cause they look wikid as!

They came out in brazil with the gem fronts on, td grill round lights and no side repeaters, bangin!

Yeah they also came out as Vauxhall Chevettes, like that guy 'trevette's one off the chevetter forum.
I've even seen one in NZ, I kid you not. While I was looking around for a wagon a spotted a 2 door sedan being driven by an old chap. It was orange/yellow and looked pretty straight. I tried to chase him down one time but he was too quick for me! I had no idea of the rarity of them at that stage. I just thought I would carry on looking for a wagon and buy a 2 door sedan if I couldn't find a good wagon! haha, yeah right.

Yeah, I always thought that I saw one once driving down onto the motor way as I was getting off. But then I was like 'nah, couldn't be!'. maybe it was then!!
