youd be looking at at least 10 grand to import. plus its left hand drive so not really an ideal purchase tbh

would be mad to import wun. wot styd pattern is the chevette? You're right, it would be very cool to have an Opel Kadett in NZ. There is a replica coupe floating around, but it still has Gemini rear garnish/tail lights etc. All t-cars (Geminis, Chevettes, Kadetts, Piazzas etc) ate 4x100, as mentioned above. Only thing you have to check when getting wheels off later model 4x100 cars, especially Toyota's, Mini's and Suzuki's, is the centrebore size. This is the hole in the middle of the wheel, and it is often too small to fit on Chevettes etc, so you'll need to get it machined out if you get the wrong wheels. Not a huge deal, but still annoying when you have the tyres on and everything.

Or in the UK, I seem to remember Opels in RHD form being available from Ireland or Scotland? Could be wrong, but worth a look anyway.

yeh you can get RHD kadetts. can also get LHD chevettes prob cheaper to import the few parts necessary to make a chevette or gemini look like a kadett tho edit: and i imagine it should be fairly easy to convert a LHD T car to RHD using crazy tims part stash etc
