so misdablack mentioned earlier that i can rebore to 1800 then use the g180 pistons and crankshaft. and that this is a better option if i want to do efi or turbo? which i think i want to do im gunna drop the engine out for the rebore in tha next couple of weeks the guys quoted me to rebore, supply larger pistons and do rings bearings and gaskets. so i just get him to rebore it then do the pistons myself? with the g180 ones that is

1800 is better compression for turbo. youll need a g200 intake manifold plus aftermarket ecu. check zeps project thread hes basically done everything youre thinking about doing. and then ask him how much it all cost! lol
check ozgemini for used headers. see them all the time usually about 60-ish ozzie.

depends on how many rims and what size they are and what weight. You can send up to about a 15 inch rim(minus tyre) with nz post parcel post for like 22 dollars. I sent two rims from my uncles wine shop with poste hatse 2 day inter island courier(ak to chch). I taped them together, cost me like 22 dollars for both. Half price of nz post.
lots of wheels with tyres etc main frieght, depo to depo is prob best. However if you have access to a forklift at both ends you can send a pallet with as many wheels as you can fit for like 80 bucks ish
edit: oh and if you have a friend at a tyre shop or similar ask them. Im sure mag n turbo etc must be sendn wheels all over the country. Duno

with the rebore+g180 stuff. the quote i have is iwth them supplying new size pistons. will that work or do i have to get the pistons out of a g180? also what rebore size will give 1800cc's?

From OzGemini
You should be able to get new pistons from ACL. G180 pistons are 84mm so you need to rebore a G161z from 82mm to 84mm to get 1.8 (or slightly under)

so you would reccomend buying my own as opposed to them supplying them? what sort of pistons? will any fit a g180 crankshaft? if that makes sense.
