car conversion is illegal and supports car thieves , a revin is completelty the right course of action that will save you time and money in the long run, have you not seen some of the american nuts that slimes through vin stations, build a legit car and you'll never be second guessed, car conversion bites me as i've had a vehicle stolen and drive past with different plates and tags, no one wins the guy got done for recieving the thief got Barry Whiteed in prison and i never recooped full insurance

if the works done properly it will get certed. if you cant afford the cert or revin you shouldnt be doing the resto. in the end youll be caught & fines will probably equal/exceed cert & revin-ing fees. i doubt youll find anyone on here thatll sell you plates anyway.
