window place stuck my back windows on with some shiz just before i went to aus. got back to find 3 out of 4 have stuck but no telling how long for haha. they didnt seem keen on custom window so ill keep trying.
smith and smith were uuseless. they said they can do the fiting of new rubber- for $110- and its my fault if they break the window.
who know where i can get chevette front window rubber? tried smith and smith, holden, i havent tried rarespares but from memory theyre hell expensive? i do need it tho- cant get carpet without a sorta waterproof car.

Chevette and Gem are the same, if you find a reliable, cheap source - be sure to let us know.
I got mine from the place on Lincoln Road, Henderson - not sure what it's called.

could you use those generic ones you get from para etc? not sure how good they would be but if its just for the middle or hatch window (rather than the door rubber) surely it would be worth a crack, especially against those prices.

Didn't zep say coupes are different to all the others? Which window we speakin of? Front screen I thought was same on whole range of both makes... side/rear glass diff from all others tho... man I wanna coupe... In other news have found yet another dude keen for cashy goodness... last mate bit of a let down to be honest... All I want is to pay someone to finish nuts off on green wag and do some nitty gritty nuts that I either don't know about or can't be arsed doing myself! Hopefully have black Chevini back and running over the summer, Red Wag off road for painty goodness and fresh engine with Green Wag put into the Uber Clean Ltd Daily duties... been a long time coming I can't fukn wait! |

Coupe has different front/rear/doors then all the other models.
The front windscreen has more rake and the roofline is lower.
