Yeah I'm going to paint my spare headlight surrounds black too. Hope it will look badass. I didn't used to have any on my very old vauxhall and people always asked if it was even still going (which it did at the time haha). Dark tints? Why not purple?  |

i've looked but cant find any purple tints for sale  must be obsolete or some nuts. Closest i've found are red, blue and yellow. Maybe i could layer the red and blue?  ;D Nah i think 5% black will suit my colour way better than purple. When i paint the whole car matt black the tints will for shizzle be going purple |

U obviously haven't seen my car in the flesh. It already is ratty as. Heaps of oxodised paint and surface rust where the paints worn through etc

Haha, I mean proper styles, rust on. The rounded chevette front just might mean it looks good! I did once meet a guy with a green chevette just like yours at MereMere one night. We talked about engine mount differences between the chev and the gem. Could have been you - so I might have seen it! Or previous owner, or neither.

Yeah they look awesome aye. They are quite a bit different to mine though. I think perhaps the vauxhall fellas copied off opel awesome wheels haha

rims on the GT/E are dope as! ........not hugely keen on the red rim black wheel look too japanese maybe, altho may look cool on oldskool ? maybe...

gotta go dish ay looks tuff i reakon deep dish tuff 13, 14's eg superlites, modgies etc look tuff as on coupes ay hmmmmmmmmm wanna see a black gem coupe dropped on some superlites with white writting eagers, BFG's would look dope!  |

^ I agree with all that but I fully don't rate massive tyres with flat side walls and writing all over them. I think keep them small and stretched is the way. Much easier to fit on aswell.
I mostly agree with the black coupe slammed on small, wide wheels part tho! (aye defcon!)
