I saw a 2 door chevette sedan today, orange on the lemon squeezer style hubcaps! Was all excited, couldnt see the reg though.. May have been the one on TM a few weeks back? |

anyone who want the bumblevette make me an offer, runs sweet i drive her 60ks a day atleast. just gota top up the water once a week or so haha So you were selling sedo now selling hatch aswell or change of mind on the sedo? A true T-car maniac would harden the fuc up and keep them both and buy two more.... just me? Ahhh OK...  selling the hatch because ive spent too much on the sedo to justify selling it. unless someone wants to give me 8k for it? that way ill, almost, make my money back xD just need to figure out why the gem isnt sparking and i should have her running haha |

how have you spent 8k? I reckon I've spent around 5-6k on my wagon all up... you need a project thread so we can see what the feck you've been doing!

ahhh all good tim, yea pretty keen on 1 ay. i really like the front of the isuzu gem/opel kadett but im more into hatchys ay which is why i was considering the front end conversion if i got a chevette. :L how did the reflexs look? they suit the older mazdas quite well but not too sure if they would suit the rage? Pity you dont have the funds in place... would consider selling the black hatch which is already converted... won't give it away tho really don't need the money that bad! It's Rego on hold with no engine etc installed... havn't thought about a price but the gem front convo without the cost of bonnet, nose chop and guards was $1100... (most of you's may remember I paid nothing for the parts or the convo but Meh!) The reflexes looked mean from memory... my bro's 1st car... he is now 35 or so, long long time ago before the dawn of digital cameras... have no pic's. Looked mean think it was Satty B with dark tints and black mags lol that would be an awesome base for a project ay but yea i just lack funds. pretty sick chevini man, very jealous. oh really? thats sickk.. ahhh k fair enough. was it a 2door or 4door model and did it have a supershifter? ohh and btw guys i just picked up the engine for my mirage 2day from hamiltron, was a pregnant dog gettin it into the back seat of my brothers primera lol, hopefully it will be in the rage and up in running some time next month  |

I joined this forum in October 2006 with my main project being the green chevini hatch... it looks almost identical today! I literally have done jack nutse... in fact I have undone a few things... I had put a black hood liner in... thats now in the black chevini as funds atr rthe time didnt allow me to buy a can of spray dye... door cards were robbed for red wag... thtas all I had done... oh yeah I spray bombed the engine bay.
Hoping to do something about this by next summer tho... been looking on trade me at engines that go brap brap brap...

ummmm i dont remember writing its a 'pregnant dog' gettin it into the back seat? has some1 edited this or was i just really tired and somehow wrote that? im sure i said it was a pain in the ass???
haha am aware that with alot of projects peoples plans never go according but im pretty confident that i will have it in and running in a month or 2. picking up some more parts next week then will just need ecu and loom then put in some elbow grease over a weekend and hey presto, hopefully we wont have any problems and it will be going choice as.
oh real tim? haha thats pretty funny but fair enough as youve got quite a few cars that youve been working on aswell. what kind fo engine would u be lookin at to drop into it?

think I've found a 13B tallport care of good ol tard me... road trip to tauranga, hasn't been run in 5yrs... will have to consult experts! If this doesn't happen I have a G200 with twin Weber action to roll with... but think maybe its best to do it the way I want 1st up rather than pouring money into somthing I will want to change later...

an old guy with a mint white chevette sedo- paint lookd brand new, spoted my vette outside work and askd around for me.
he was after some parts and i told him about gm-t but he doesnt seem to have takes my advice haha
