I have "Honolulu Car Hire" ...interesting...
But, back to my story.. FFFUUUUUCCCCCKKKKK!!!!!!!!! Do not widen wheels. Buy blank rims and put a center in them. Its issue after issue aye. No sh*t. The welds on the inside of the wheel are 'too big' apparantly and the bead of the tyre cannot go over it. Meaning the need to be grinded down. Trouble with this is that if I grind them down the wheel will no longer have any strength in it because the welds have gone! So I don't know what I'm going to do. I may just taper the sides of the welds down so that the tyre can slide on.

No doubt you have seen the guy on TM who makes roll cage kits? They seem pretty cheap and can be supplied in chrome-molly, and all you need to do is find a certed welder to stick them in. What kind of tyres did you go for brad? Thats odd how you cant put tyres on. Take them back to the guy who made them and tell him to fix them.

I'm trying one of those toyo proxes fz4 215/50R13 that you suggested. They are pretty old style but that is my only option. Yoko do an eager look-a-like with white writing but I'm not into that and literally the only other tyre that will stretch to an 8 inch rim is the dunlop, that has a 1-3month wait.
Its the way the wheels were widened. The beads of the welds don't allow the tyre to squeeze over them. I'm pretty sure it will work somehow, I just need to convince the tyre shop c*nts to put their back in to it. Fuk, they're getting $680 out of 4 13" tyres. Surely thats reason enough.

Yes the weekend is here had a poo's week but i'v made it. Got my pirate outfit this arvo for tomorrows pissup its pretty funny been practasing (<really not convinced thats how to spell that) my harrr meh harties ect got it pretty drilled I think. Got home and no piss and no fricken dosh on me to go get some them my saviour pulls up the drive. Soon as I seen his car I knew he would have piss on him now I'm drinking 8% Codys they get me hammered quick only need like 6 and tomorrow we start at lunch so should be a goodie.
