God damn I shut my bonnet without the popper cable being connected! Gonna be a pain in the ass to get it open again. There is next to no room behind the grille to work with as the cooler is in there. GRRR

picked up my vette parts I got off tard me last nite. GC had got them to Aucks from Scrotorua via a friend who was visiting for twenty bucks... only beef is when people say parts are mint and they aren't. They aren't bad but not what the crazyman calls mint. Meh! www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=394980345In other news Troy and I are going halves in a sizable gem parts stash. Older chap who just sold his TG sedan on trade me wants the parts gone to tidy up his affairs in the twilight days of his life and ensure the survival of the parts... he couldn't have found a more dedicated duo to offload them to! A list will appear on gm-t soonish with our complete available stock... Mr T's T car spares is coming to a shed near me (and Troy) One of the cool things the dude has thrown in with the parts is an old farm trike which Troy said is mine... yay need something to kill myself with, the range rover just isn't doing it!

Can anyone tell me what a green and light blue wire in a chevette's engine bay is for? With a single push fit plug, and black sheath is for?
Also what four wires from a gemini's alternator (after its gone to the voltage regulator) need to go where?

Green/blue - engine temperature sender wire.
Don't know about the Alternator wiring - I would expect ignition light, ignition switch - to excite the circuit, output to battery - big sucker and maybe earth reference or ground, if heavy?
