Must be someone wrecking a late model somewhere. Or are the TE different to TF/G?

Cheers boys, i think that one on trademe will be a tg, the mounting studs are different on the earlier ones, and the falcon or other masters that I have heard of dont fit tg, but will on earlier ones.
Defcon... Do you know if the commy one will fit a tg??
Tg booster has two studs coming off it, and make the master sit on an angle...
Failing all that, was thinking of just getting a booster +master off something else and putting the whole lot in?? any ideas??

Nah the commy ones dont fit from what ive been told. Does the te have a 2 bolt or four bolt pattern? As far as im aware there are only to variations of booster, the early four bolt and the later model two bolt. The falcon master should fit most two bolts, its an xb master from memory. Ive had a few out at work when i was looking in to it. If its a four bolt then you'll probably have to buy one of hoppersstoppers, go to the site www.hoppersstoppers.com.au and give petter an email, or you could ring him on +61 3 97486950. Trust me he has all he answers to gemini masters/boosters.

Update, yeah the XB master only fits the td/te boosters, looks like the tf/g have a different booster setup.

I've just ordered by Hopper Stoppers master cyclinder. The dude, Peter, when I talked to him on the phone said that they have a direct replacement 1" bore m/c for both types of Gemini brake booster, 2 and 4 bolt.

The TE is two bolt and the bolt centers are inline the TG is offset. There are heaps of cars that have a master cylinder will fit in booster but bolts dont line up I was gunna cut the old studs off and weld new ones to match the new master cylinder. I looked at the Piazza master cylinder it will fit on the TE booster. Wish I had the money to buy a hoppers kit

There pretty reasonibly priced eh, 200 bucks plus postage with no hassels at all. Its basicly identical to the OE so it just fits right on!

Yeah nah I'm a tight ass I'm sure I will be able to sort it for a lot less but a lot more work spose it depends on what my time is worth to me. Does any one know what bolts on the TE anyway or has it already been said I might just swap boosters around seen as the TG is surposed to be the better car.

So the TGhas 2 bolts aswell as the TE, but the TG are offset, and the TE are straight?? Can someone confirm that?? Ive just emailed Gene of OZ gemini and hes gunna sed me one over for $50, so thats all good, TE I think his one is.. so hoppers have the master to bolt on to the TE? whats that off??
