Yes a cruise would be great. Oh your trying the whole buy a house thing aswell my car has come to a complete holt because of that The government have that new scheme comming in september for first time buyers I had a look at it I need $11,000 deposit under the scheme to buy the house I'm in which I have talked to my land lord about. I nearly have that so it may happen sooner than I thought Really and if you did that how much extra would you have to pay each week for morgage compared to rent? (a little off topic i know)

Close to double I know its stupid but house prices have gone up so much if I dont get one soon I never will. I could save for years then have $30,000 deposit and houses would have gone up more than the extra I saved. Prety much a lose lose situation there but in the end I will own my house which I think is a win really.

Yeah i guess. Haven't you been watching the tv tho. They say house prices are so high at the moment, due to being forced up over the years by investment buyers looking for rentals, that its no longer sustainable and prices will more than likely drop within the next few years, or atleast settle down rate where they're only incresing a small amount each year - similar to inflation.
