oldschools way more low key than that. go and have a look at the trackday pics from the last OS trackdays. A Datsun whale, orange morris 1300, 2 stroke suzuki, 3k Starlet, its all about just turning up and having fun.
The track days are different from the nats where its just a meet at the track, no cruise or anything. Its on April the 21st which is a monday because the track is cheaper to hire out on week days.
The recent oldschool nats was about 2 weeks ago but to be honest it wasn't really what I would consider to be a car related event and so not many people went. It was more a pissup while camping.

Yeah it wasn't really a Nats. Gaz and I just ran out of time to organise anything while the Summer was still going. We might try for another big weekend later in the year.
But for the most of it (or the all of it really) oldschool events/meets/etc are mad chilled and it dosen't really matter what you're driving or what condition it's in. Everyone is welcome.
