Just had a crazy thought. Im thinking of going matt black for the oldschool nats.... but im not sure that i want to loose the original paint. I like the faided look but yeah matt black would be awesome. After all the support ive been giving the matt black it would be kind of stink if i turned up in a non matt black car  What are your thoughts? Can you help me make up my mind? |

you know that sldenyo dude off oldskool i think hes running the motor i sold him its a worked g1800z it was a motor me and the old man built it went hard it was a dummy motor we just wacked it together got a 1600 head 1800 block new vaules and double row timeing chain port the head new rings and nuts.

Best idea yet!!
How about if you mask up some Scallops for the green, and matt black the rest.. And then all you need to is unpeel your masking tape, and carefully pinstripe the two, that or use some rolls of that coloured exterior trim line from K-Mart...

Was that posted in the wrong bit? I talked to him on friday night. He's a pretty good c*nt. Sounded like the car had a decent enough engine, he didn't say it was built that well tho. I know he's looking at putting some twin down drafts on it. Will be badass for the track day. I think matt black will look awesome, one of my wagons was matt black and I thought it was wicked. Sh*tty lime green is also pretty cool tho. Oh and that the hell is chris on about with those scallops and things??!? ? |

Scallops wtf???! I have heaps of stick on blue pinstripes which i stole from work.... Matt black is sounding awesome but argh....i just love the slime. Will be a shame to see all those years of neglect go to waste. But matt black is so awesome.
also that slidenyos wagon sounds awesome! fully keen to check it out. Is he on here?

well if the motors got a blue block, yellow tappet cover then thats the one. he told me he knew you his name is jase i think. i put that motor on here and no ne wanted it so i put it on trade me. yeah the motor is badass man.pitty i sold it but it went to a good home.

Yeah the first time I met up with him I was in the chevette and did a massive slide out of a road, sideways as at about 50k's and he was behind me in a ute, then came up beside me and stoked out etc. lol I didn't see the motor, I was mainly talking to him about twincams and nuts. He used to have one in a chevette and blew it up at puks. Yeah fuk it, keep it slime green for now/ever. I reckon its funnier than matt black. Maybe you could just matt black the engine bay, race car styles lol edit: fulley sick   |

^ awesome. Yeah maybe should stay green just because of its wierdness. Honestly if it had been any other colour it would already be matt black... maybe i should just paint the bonnet like the cressida next to it ;D race car styles  damb having to make decisions! need to get me somesort of monkey or something which makes decisions for me.... thinking about stuff is such a waste of time edit: rx7 will be matt black anyway in like 10 years haha stupid rotary |

I reckon matt brown bonnet would be the one. We tested matt black before I did the whole car. To be honest I prefered it primer grey with matt black bonnet. I'm not on my computer now though so I can't get any better pics. Only gay thing is that homos think you are trying to pretend its carbon fibre. Not even, it just looks awesome. But yeah, slime green with matt brown... mmmm doit.  |
